Simon&Co. has created a fact sheet detailing how two of the pandemic relief bills – the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and the American Rescue Plan Act – have impacted Medicaid coverage for postpartum women. The paper also covers state action that has occurred during the pandemic, some of which have been recently approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
